Ogier now operates a preferred supplier list for all Ogier Fiduciary and Group Services vacancies for the Jersey, CI office.  This applies to all permanent, fixed term contract and temporary vacancies, therefore we will not progress with applications, CVs or speculative proposals from agencies not part of the preferred supplier agreement unless we have made a specific approach.

We will be reviewing the preferred supplier list annually with the next review due at the end of 2011. 

Preferred Agency Applications

Please note our terms of acceptance for agency submissions:

• All submissions should be sent with the name of the position being submitted for in the subject line.
  
• Submissions must state candidate name, current remuneration package and notice period.
  
• Candidates not invited for interview will not be kept on file to be considered for future opportunities therefore, details will need to be resubmitted as a fresh application should another suitable vacancy arise.

Should we want to progress an application you have provided we will contact you otherwise, if you do not hear anything from us in the next 15 working days then we will not be progressing.

Data Protection Policy

Any and all data submitted to Ogier will be treated in accordance with the relevant Data Protection Legislation applicable to the jurisdiction.  Information will be retained only for as long as necessary or as required by law.
