Ogier has acted as Guernsey legal adviser on the establishment of CapMan Plc’s ninth buyout fund. The fund had its first closing on 23 December 2008, raising EUR203 million.

The fund was the first fund to be authorised under Guernsey’s new Authorised Closed-Ended Investment Scheme Rules 2008.

The Ogier team was led by Partner Roger Le Tisser, assisted by Senior Associate Andy Lowe and Associate Rachael Sanders.
