Ogier has advised on a placing and offer for subscription of C Shares for Dexion Trading Limited, a Guernsey-based closed-ended investment company which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The placing and offer for subscription of C Shares raised £78m which more than doubled Dexion Trading's aggregate net assets to approximately £150m.
The Ogier team was led by Roger Le Tissier, of the firm's Guernsey office, assisted by senior associate Andy Lowe.
