Ogier has advised on the listing of Gottex Fund Management Holdings Limited, a Guernsey registered company, on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Gottex Fund Management Holdings Limited was listed on 6 November 2007 with a market capitalisation of CHF2.196 billion (approximately US$2 billion) making it the largest listing on the Swiss Stock Exchange this year.
