Ogier has acted as the Jersey legal adviser on the establishment of Index Ventures' fifth fund in the last ten years. Index V which closed at Euro 350 million is an early stage technology fund focusing on investment in the technology, biotechnology and clean technology sectors across Europe, the United States and Israel. The Fund was established under Jersey's expert fund regime.
