Ogier has advised Bank of Scotland in relation to the establishment of HBOS Capital Funding No.4 L.P., a Jersey registered limited partnership established to issue £750 million of perpetual preferential securities which will form part of the regulatory capital of Bank of Scotland.
Ogier worked alongside Linklaters.
Chris Byrne, partner and head of Structured Finance, led a team at Ogier which included Michael Khajeh-Noori and Peter Longstaffe.
