Ogier has once again picked up the coveted 2009 "Alpha Award" for Top Offshore Law Firm. Having won this in 2006 and 2007, it is a significant achievement to add this to our 2009 awards collection.

The Alpha Awards are particularly interesting to us because winners are selected by client feedback, not by a panel. Ogier has taken top position for the 'small firms' favourites', meaning those funds with less than $1 billion in assets under management. The key areas that Ogier excelled in were 'client service' and 'documentation and fund formation', where we stood head and shoulders above our competition.
