Michael Fay announced as Managing Partner of Ogier BVI

Ogier is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Fay, as Managing Partner of Ogier BVI.

Michael moved to the BVI in 1996 and was the head of litigation at Harney Westwood and Riegels from 1996 to 1999.  He was one of the founding partners of WSmiths, and joined the Ogier group when the two firms merged in February 2007.

Michael specialises in litigation and corporate law and heads up the Ogier BVI litigation practice.

Of the announcement Michael said: “I am delighted to be appointed as Managing Partner for the BVI office. I look forward to guiding the business in continued success and to the challenges that the coming months may bring.”

Michael takes over as Managing Partner BVI Legal from Duncan Smith who will continue as Managing Partner Hong Kong Legal.
