Ogier has announced a new group management team.

Nick Kershaw has been appointed Group Chief Executive Officer. Nick was previously Managing Partner of Ogier’s Jersey legal business and has been a member of the Group Management Board for the past 6 years. Nick joined Ogier in 1993 from Clifford Chance and became a partner in 1997.

Helen Bunbury will continue in her role as Group Chief Operating Officer. Helen joined Ogier in 2007 from Royal and Sun Alliance where she held a number of senior management roles.

Clive Chaplin has been appointed Non-Executive Group Chairman. Clive, was previously Head of Ogier Jersey’s Business Trust and Law Group and joined Ogier as a partner in 1994.

We now employ 850 professional and support staff, across the globe, through a network of offices that serves all time zones and key financial markets.  We remain focused on our goal which is to be the leading offshore legal and administration firm providing the very highest levels of client service across a very broad range of professional services.

Ogier is unique in the offshore world in that it is still the only offshore firm that has a substantive presence in each of the four leading offshore centres - BVI, Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey.

Ogier continues to receive substantial industry and client recognition for providing outstanding client service including winning 8 industry awards over the past 18 months as well as being ranked top in a number of offshore transactional league tables.

The new group management structure became effective on the 1st February.
