New Partner Appointments at Ogier

Article Date - 20/10/2009

Ogier, one of the leading providers of offshore legal, trust and administration services, has appointed a number of new partners in its global offices. Jane Pearce, Paul Perris, Nicholas Plowman, Sally Edwards and Edward Mackereth will all join the Ogier Group partnership effective 1 February 2010.

The appointments are a result of the substantial growth of the Ogier Group, which has doubled in size over the past five years, and in anticipation of the continued success and growth of its fiduciary and legal service lines contrary to the sustained period of economic slowdown.

Commenting on the new partnership appointments, Nick Kershaw, Group Chief Executive Officer, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Nick, Paul, Jane, Sally and Ed to the partnership. Ogier’s success is based on a number of factors, including recruiting and retaining the very best people, providing the highest level of client service and having an efficient and effective management structure.
