Ogier has joined forces with Offshore Professional Conferences again to stage the 4th annual Investment Funds Update conferences in both Jersey and Guernsey.

Following on the success of previous events, Ogier will again provide the chairman for both events - Tim Morgan in Jersey and William Simpson in Guernsey. Also participating as speakers are Managing Associates Frances Watson, who will give the Guernsey legislation update, and Sinead Meehan, who will present on the latest Jersey  legislation updates.

The one day events will provide a unique insight as to the position of Guernsey and Jersey regarding the latest challenges and expectations of the investment management industry. It will feature a top line-up of speakers comprising leading local practitioners, regulators, representatives from industry bodies with Aaron Stocks, a funds partner at Travers Smith, giving the onshore view. 

The conferences take place on 9th November 2010 at L’Horizon Hotel in Jersey and on 10th November 2010 at St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey and will carry six hours of Law Society CPD accreditation.
