Ogier Jersey, leading offshore legal and fiduciary service provider, have promoted three of their legal team, Richard Daggett, Lauren Fletcher and Joanna Gardiner, to Senior Associates in March 2011.
Richard Daggett specialises in offshore property holding structures and general corporate and commercial work. He was an Ogier bursary student and then was admitted as an English solicitor in September 2006 having joined the firm directly following his legal studies in September 2004. Richard qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2008 and also spent 6 months on secondment with Jersey Finance in 2008.
Lauren Fletcher joined Ogier in 2004 also having been a recipient of an Ogier bursary. She specialises in investment funds (both listed and non-listed), corporate, finance and debt listings. She was admitted as an English Solicitor in September 2006 and as a Jersey Advocate in July 2009. Lauren spent three months at King and Wood, Shanghai (a leading PRC law firm) on secondment between July-October 2010 working in the foreign direct investments team.
Joanna Gardiner works in the Personal Law team and specialises in non-commercial litigation in the areas of personal injury, clinical negligence, crime, family and succession. Joanna received her LLB in English Law and Spanish Law and spent a year studying at La Universidad Complutense in Madrid after receiving an Erasmus scholarship. She qualified as an English barrister in 1996 and practised in London for several years before joining Ogier in 2001.
