Ogier Corporate Finance Limited has sponsored its 350th listing on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX) and remains the leading listing agent on the CISX. Of this number, 301 securities remain listed which equates to over 13% of all entities listed on the Exchange since its inception in 1998.
Latest listings include the launch of Da Vinci CIS Private Sector Growth Fund Limited which subsequently became the first fund to be listed on the London Stock Exchange’s new Specialist Fund Market. Ogier has also recently acted as sponsor in relation to the listing of US$251,785,000 Undated Subordinated Floating Rate Notes issued by Europe Arab Bank plc under Chapter 8 (specialist securities) of the CISX listing rules.
