www.ogierproperty.com, a dedicated property website containing comprehensive information about the Jersey market, has been launched by Ogier.
The site contains essential information for anyone buying or selling property in Jersey, including guides to Housing Qualifications, Equity Agreements and GST and a list of Frequently Asked Questions for both commercial and residential property transactions.
Visitors to the site can register to receive property news updates and make use of various Stamp Duty Calculators. There are also links to utility companies, removal firms, surveyors, estate agents and providers of financial services such as insurance and mortgages.
Head of the Property Law team, Chris Renouf said: “Our main website, www.ogier.com contains information about our property services, but now that the firm is global across nine jurisdictions we feel it is appropriate to have a dedicated one-stop microsite relevant solely to the Jersey property market.
“It has a bright, modern look and feel that reflects the Ogier brand. We recognise that many people find it convenient to use the Internet for researching information, and ultimately this is an extension of the personal service and attention to detail that Ogier property clients have always received.”
