Ogier London acted as BVI advisor to High Win Plc Inc on its admission to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange - only the second BVI company to ever be listed on this Exchange. This listing is an extremely encouraging omen as it is pointing towards an upturn in the market place; investors are returning.

High Win Group manufactures and sells furniture in China and on many notable markets in Europe. The Group has 70 distributors within the Peoples Republic of China (PRC), where it has launched a chain of stores, and it plans to enter the UK market in 2010.

The Ogier team lead by Simon Dinning (Managing Partner, London) and Wendy Walker (Senior Associate, London) acted as BVI legal counsel on this matter, with Ogier Fiduciary Services (BVI) providing registered agent and registered office services.
