Angus joined Ogier in 2005 and became a partner in 2010. He specialises in capital market transactions, joint venture arrangements and providing corporate advice to listed entities and investment funds. Prior to joining Ogier, Angus practiced at Minter Ellison (2004 to 2005) and PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, Sydney (2000 to 2004).
He received his Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws, with Honours, from Australian National University in 2000 and his Master of Laws from the University of Sydney in 2005.
Angus is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society.
