Ann Halliday joined Ogier in 2007.
She became a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in 1984 and spent a number of years in banking before qualifying as an English Solicitor in 1997. In her role as a solicitor Ann has worked both in general practice and in-house with a leading financial institution. She has experience in a wide variety of lending and security arrangements.
Ann has a good relationship with a number of the UK banking institutions and has acted for them over many years. Ann advises banks on structured finance transactions and general banking matters as well as investment funds.
