Ayana heads the private wealth offering which includes trust and trustee services, providing enforcer and protector roles, administration of PTCs and client regulatory advice in relation to managed trust company arrangements.

Prior to joining Ogier in 2007, Ayana was employed by the BVI financial services regulator for over 8 years and held the position of Deputy Director, Banking & Fiduciary Services at the time of her departure.

Ayana is currently pursuing her STEP diploma qualifications and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA in Global Management.  Ayana is also a member of the Association of Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialists and is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.
