Background:
Bruce Scott qualified as a Scottish solicitor in 2001. He joined Ogier's Jersey Business Law Group at the beginning of 2006. Bruce advises on a range of investment fund, corporate, real estate finance and banking transactions. Before joining Ogier, he trained with Dundas & Wilson in Edinburgh and Glasgow and practised with Dundas & Wilson specialising in corporate and banking transactions until 2004. Bruce then joined Standard Life where he worked on corporate and regulatory matters relating to Standard Life's international businesses and on the company's demutualisation and flotation.
