Caroline Chan was recruited to Ogier in 2007 and became a partner in 2008. She qualified as an English solicitor in 1991 with Allen & Overy and as a Hong Kong solicitor in 1994 during her time at their Hong Kong office. She worked mainly on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
She then spent nine years at Ozannes, qualifying as a Guernsey advocate in 2003. Caroline has gained wide experience in three jurisdictions in corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings (particularly in relation to the Channel Islands Stock Exchange), investment funds and security and regulatory work.
