Charlie is a director of Ogier Fiduciary Services in Hong Kong serving clients throughout the Asia Pacific region from a location and time zone that is convenient for them. Charlie works closely with clients and intermediaries to establish and provide ongoing administrative and corporate services to a range of private wealth, corporate/commercial and funds structures. He specialises in all forms of trust structures, including any associated corporate and regulatory matters. Charlie works on structures both offshore (BVI, Cayman, Jersey and Guernsey) and in Hong Kong for a variety of clients including banks, family offices, leading law and accountancy firms, individuals, companies and investment managers.
Charlie trained and qualified as an English solicitor at Charles Russell LLP in London before advising on Cayman law and BVI law from the London office of Maples and Calder. He then moved to the Jersey office of Ogier where he advised on Jersey law before relocating to Ogier Fiduciary Services in Hong Kong. He is also admitted as a solicitor in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
