He advises local and international banks and other financial institutions on all aspects of their business and has a substantial banking and structured finance practice. He is a director of the Ogier listing agent entity and has extensive experience of listing on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and elsewhere. He also has a specialist funds practice advising hedge fund and other managers on offshore entities and double tax treaty structures.
