Claudia Shan qualified as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and joined Ogier from Hesketh Henry Lawyers, Auckland. She previously worked in the Auckland office of Ernst & Young focusing on tax.
Claudia assists clients with their personal estate planning, trust, asset protection, wills and estate administration. She has advised clients on numerous legal aspects of trusts, offshore fund repatriation, tax residency, international tax and trust law issues.
