Clive Chaplin is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Ogier Group and a member of its audit committee. He was formerly head of the Jersey firm’s Business & Trust Law Group. His practice covers general Corporate and Commercial and Investment Funds.
Clive joined Ogier as a partner in 1994. He is a member of the Jersey Law Commission and is recognised in the 2007 edition of Chambers as a leading individual in corporate and commercial work.
