Daniel Richards is a Partner in the Jersey practice. He is an English Solicitor and an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey. He joined Ogier in 2005 and became a partner in 2007.
Daniel's practice encompasses investment funds, corporate and banking finance. Prior to joining Ogier in 2005, Daniel practised at Lovells' City of London office, specialising in multi-jurisdictional business restructuring and insolvency and, following his move to Jersey in 2002, at another leading Jersey firm.
