Background:
Diane Bailey joined Ogier in 2007 as a Senior Associate. Diane's specialisations include ISDA documentation, banking, offshore finance and investment funds.
Diane qualified as an English Solicitor before joining Allen & Overy's Derivatives practice for two years in London. After taking maternity leave, she worked on a contract basis with UBS doing ISDA documentation for the Investment Banking and Securities Group in London.
Diane relocated to the Channel Islands and worked at Carey Olsen for three and a half years focusing on offshore finance, investment funds and also working on a wide array of banking, finance, corporate and commercial instructions. Whilst at Carey Olsen Diane built an ISDA practice and developed a firm-wide Guernsey law training programme for fee-earners.
