Duncan received his Bachelor of Commerce, from Natal University, South Africa in 1991, then went on to complete his Bachelor of Law, from Natal University, South Africa in 1993.
Duncan is a member of The Law Society (England and Wales), the Bar Association (British Virgin Islands) and a Registered Foreign Lawyer regulated by the Hong Kong Law Society.
