Jane is a Group Director of Ogier Fiduciary Services with global responsibility for the Closed Ended Funds Administration business.  Jane joined Ogier in 2006 and became a Partner in 2010.

Jane trained with Ernst & Young and has been involved in the administration and accounting for complex investment structures for 18 years.  Prior to joining Ogier, Jane was Head of Private Equity Administration for Kleinwort Benson in the Channel Islands.  Jane has also held positions with Gartmore and Deutsche Bank.

Jane has a BA degree and a DMS in Management Studies from Jordanhill College in Glasgow and Teesside University respectively.  Jane is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
