Before moving to Ogier Jonathan qualified as an English Solicitor and an Australian Solicitor having worked for a number of years in both London and Sydney at a top tier international law firm. His commercial property practice covers development projects, urban regeneration, corporate relocations and sales and acquisitions.Jonathan has extensive experience in major property projects including multi million pound developments and sales and acquisitions of commercial real estate (hotels, office, retail and industrial). He has also acted on numerous corporate relocations for international and global corporate occupiers in the finance and retail sectors.

Based on his international experience, in both the UK and Australia, Jonathan is also a specialist in indirect tax.In particular, its application to corporate and real estate transactions.
