Jonathan is a Senior Associate and joined Ogier in 2007. Before moving to Ogier Jonathan qualified as an English Solicitor and an Australian Solicitor having worked for a number of years in both London and Sydney at a top tier international law firm.
Jonathan specialises in all areas of commercial property including development projects, urban regeneration, corporate relocations and pre-let agreements, commercial property sales and acquisitions and hotels and resorts. He has extensive experience in major property projects including multi million pound developments, sales and acquisitions of CBD commercial buildings and shopping centres as well as corporate relocations for international and global corporate occupiers.
Based on his international experience, in both the UK and Australia, Jonathan is actively involved in sustainable development projects and has published articles on the subject in the likes of The Times and The Telegraph as well as industry publications.
In addition to his legal qualifications and significant transactional experience, Jonathan is certified by the Urban Development Institute of Australia as having completed the UDIA Property Developers Program incorporating development project management.
