Kerry Lawrence is head of the Commercial Litigation group in Jersey. She joined Ogier in 1997 having previously been at the English Bar. She became a Jersey Advocate in 1999 and a partner in 2001.
Kerry advises on contentious and semi-contentious trust work, fraud and asset tracing/preservation, contentious regulatory, professional negligence and general commercial litigation - mainly finance industry related.
Kerry was educated at Oxford University and is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), the Royal Court Users Group and the Law Commission.
Kerry was recognised as a Leading Individual for Dispute Resolution in Chambers Global 2007.
