Lee joined Ogier in May 2011 as a Senior Associate, having previously been in-house corporate counsel at Equity Trust in the BVI.
Prior to this, Lee was an associate in the Corporate and Commercial department of Harney Westwood and Riegels in the BVI. Prior to Harneys, Lee practised in the Corporate department of Shoosmiths where he worked on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, with particular emphasis on private equity work.
Following his degree in Business/Economics from the University of London in 2000, Lee studied at BPP Law School in London for his Post-Graduate Diploma in Law (with Commendation) and then for the Legal Practice Course.
