Marc Yates heads our Corporate and Commercial Team. His specialisations are corporate transactional work, public offerings and creating offshore structures. His clients are major international entities, law firms and other intermediaries, and recent work has included some high profile transactions in emerging markets, natural resources, energy sectors and acting for Jersey companies listing on the London Stock Exchange, AIM and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
Marc also has a significant finance and banking practice advising on acquisition and corporate finance structures and all aspects of bank lending and security. Marc has been a partner since 1990.
