Marcus specialises in investment funds, structured finance, banking, corporate and commercial work and trusts. He is a qualified barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, a solicitor admitted in England and Wales and an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey.
Having practised with the Auckland office of Arthur Andersen for two years and then with the Auckland office of Russell McVeagh for seven years, he joined the Guernsey office in 1999 and became a partner in 2005.
