Martin is a Senior Associate within the Business and Trust Law Group in Jersey. He is experienced in representing both financial institutions and corporate clients across a number of jurisdictions, specialising in high-to-medium-value cross border financings, mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and restructurings both in Jersey, and the eastern Caribbean.
Martin obtained his BA(Hons), LL.B., and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland. He is also a Notary Public, Scotland.
Martin is a member of the Law Society of Scotland and has been published in the International Financial Law Review.
