Michael Khajeh-Noori advises banks, financial institutions, funds and energy companies on a broad range of finance law with a focus on structured products, derivatives, capital markets, Islamic financing and prime brokerage.
Michael has gained over ten years of legal experience, predominantly in the Finance department of Clifford Chance, London, where he qualified as an English solicitor in 2000 and worked on a broad range of structured work with a focus on those involving derivatives. His time with Clifford Chance included a six month training seat within the Structured Finance and Capital Markets department of the Tokyo office and two client secondments.
He joined Ogier’s Business and Trust Law Group in 2007, after having spent almost two years as an in-house lawyer (Vice President level) with Dresdner Kleinwort, London, specialising in prime brokerage and equities products.
He has been a member of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) since 1999 and has participated on a number of ISDA’s committees.
He also speaks Farsi fluently.
