Michael Little joined Ogier in 1998 as part of the litigation team focusing on regulatory and employment issues. Between 2003 and April 2009 Michael was the HR, Training & Development Director for the Ogier Group. Michael returned to head up the Employment Law team in 2009.
Michael, an English Solicitor, holds an MSc in Human Resource Management & Business from Aston Business School, Birmingham and is a qualified trainer.
Before joining Ogier, Michael was a solicitor with Edge Ellison Solicitors in Birmingham and before his career in law and HR completed a successful career with the West Midlands Police Force.
