Michaela advises on a wide range of corporate, banking and commercial matters with a particular focus on investment funds. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in September 2000 and previously worked for Bell Gully, a leading New Zealand law firm. Michaela joined Ogier in March 2003.
