Nicholas qualified in South Africa as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He has a background in high level corporate litigation and general commercial and corporate transactional work.
Nicholas performed his articles at Edward Nathan and Friedland (Proprietary) Limited, and Knowles Husain Lindsay Inc, Johannesburg, South Africa and was appointed associate at the latter firm in 2006. Nicholas joined the Business and Trust Law Group of Ogier in December 2007 and has a special interest in company law matters.
Whilst working at Ogier Nicholas has been involved in acting for major banks and providing banking opinions, as well as investment fund advice and regulatory work. Nicholas also has experience of listing securities on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
