Nick Kershaw is Managing Partner of the Jersey legal practice and head of Ogier's Real Estate Investment Team. He specialises in real estate investment, investment funds and corporate work. His client base includes many leading international law firms and investment banks. Nick joined Ogier from Clifford Chance in 1993 and became a partner in 1997.
Nick studied at King's College, University of London and Inns of Court School of Law in London. He became an English Barrister in 1988 and then requalified as a Jersey Advocate in 1996.
Nick is a member of the Jersey Funds Association and the International Bar Association.
Nick was named as a Leading Individual for Investment Funds in Chambers Global 2007, as a Leading Individual for Finance: banking and debt finance in Practical Law Company Which Lawyer? 2007, as a Leading Lawyer IFLR 1000 and as a Leading Individual for Investment Funds in Legal 500 2006.
