Nick Kershaw is the Chief Executive of the Ogier Group. Prior to his appointment he was the managing partner of the Jersey law firm and a partner in the Jersey Business & Trust Law Group specialising in investment funds and corporate work. He was formerly ranked by the Legal 500 as the number one investment funds lawyer in Jersey and by Chambers as one of the top two corporate / commercial lawyers in Jersey.
Nick studied at King’s College, University of London and Inns of Court School of Law in London. He became an English Barrister in 1988 and then requalified as a Jersey Advocate in 1996, becoming a partner of Ogier in 1997. Prior to joining Ogier he was with Clifford Chance in London.
