Paul Lawrence joined Ogier in June 2008. Paul and his team administer a wide range of real estate holding and real estate fund structures for private and corporate investors. Paul acts as a director of Ogier Real Estate Services Limited and is appointed to the board of a number of client companies, where he brings his experience to maintain the integrity of offshore structures, whilst achieving commercial objectives for our clients.
Paul has worked in the finance sector for over 20 years, 13 of which have been in Offshore Financial Services both in the Isle of Man and Jersey. He has extensive experience in administering structures investing or developing commercial property.
