Peter is the marketing partner of the Cayman legal practice and co-head of Ogier’s global Investment Funds team. He is a director of Ogier Fiduciary Services (Cayman) Limited. Peter joined Ogier in 1998 and became a partner in 2002. Before joining Ogier, Peter practiced at Lovells in London (1992 to 1998).
He received his Bachelor of Arts, with First Class Honours, from University of York in 1987 and a British Academy postgraduate scholarship from Cambridge University in 1988, Common Professional Exam and Law Society Finals at Lancaster Gate, London (1990).
Peter is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and the Law Society of England and Wales. Peter is chairman of the Cayman Islands Chapter of Hedge Funds Care.
Peter is recognised by industry commentators as a leading specialist in his areas of expertise for the Cayman Islands. He also features in the 2010 Edition of the "Who's Who Legal" for private funds lawyers.
