Richard is a Senior Associate in the Business & Trust Law Group where he advises on corporate, finance and investment fund matters. Richard qualified as an English Solicitor in 2002, and prior to joining Ogier he advised on a broad range of UK business affairs, corporate finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Richard specialises in AIM and PLUS market IPOs and fundraisings. During his career he also spent a year in-house in the corporate finance arm of the UK stockbroker, WH Ireland. Richard joined Ogier in 2007.
