Sean is an Associate in the Business and Trust Law Group, advising on a range of corporate issues. He joined Ogier in 2008 and was admitted to practice as an Attorney in South Africa in 2007.
Sean joined Ogier from Bell Dewar & Hall Inc, one of South Africa's premier business law firms. Sean advised on commercial contracts and various areas of company law.
Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in law and psychology) from the University of Cape Town in 2001 and graduated with an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2004. He is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces in South Africa.
