Simon Fraser is a director of the private client team. Prior to joining Ogier in 2002, he headed up the Hong Kong office of an international fiduciary and investment group for three years before moving with that organisation to Jersey. Simon also spent eleven years as a solicitor and partner in a Hong Kong law firm. He has extensive international experience in both the legal and fiduciary fields and specialises in the establishment and administration of offshore structures for private clients.
Simon holds a degree in law from the University of London.
Simon is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, International Tax Planning Association and the Institute of Directors (Jersey Branch).
