Simon is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ogier Fiduciary Services (OFS) having joined Ogier in 1993 and becoming a Partner in 1997. Simon provided Corporate, Commercial and Private Client legal advice before assuming responsibility for OFS in 1998.

Simon received his LLB with honours from Staffordshire University in 1988 before becoming a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (1989) and an Advocate of the Royal Court of the island of Jersey (1992).
