Timothy joined Ogier Cayman Islands in 2007. Before joining Ogier, Timothy practiced at Walkers in the Cayman Islands (2000 to 2007), Appleby in Bermuda (1996 to 2000), Wilde Sapte (1993 to 1996) and Norton Rose (1989 to 1993) in London and Russell McVeagh in New Zealand (1986 to 1989).
Timothy received his Bachelor of Law, with Honours, from the University of Auckland in 1987. Timothy is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and the Law Society of England and Wales.
