Tristan qualified as an English Solicitor in 2007. His banking practise is both local and international and covers a wide range of lending and security arrangements. He has acted on several large property finance transactions and significant lends to private equity funds. He also advises on regulatory and corporate matters. Tristan joined Ogier in 2004.
