Cayman Island Stock Exchange (CSX)
The CSX specialises in the listing of mutual funds, hedge funds, structured debt securities, Eurobonds, Islamic products, preferred shares, depository receipts, derivative warrants and international equity. The CSX currently has more than 1450 listings, including over 500 listings of securitised debt and Eurobonds, more than doubling its listings of specialist debt from a year ago. Advantages to listing on the CSX include: UK HMRC recognised status under which UK resident investors can receive interest and dividend payments tax free; listing rules that are tailored to an institutional investor-based market and are not bound by EU Directives; and a streamlined and cost-competitive listing process.

Ogier has been a full listing agent of the CSX for a number of years and has acted as listing agent on a number of listings. The services provided include helping with the initial listing process and ensuring that all continuing CSX obligations are observed in respect of those listings.
Channel Island Listings
The Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX) offers a service and structure unique in the European time zone and has become the exchange of choice for a growing number of international issuers.
The CISX has attracted international recognition as demonstrated by its designation by the US Securities and Exchange as a Designated Offshore Securities Market under Regulation S of the Securities Act 1933, its recognition by the UK Inland Revenue under Section 841 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 and its designation by the UK Financial Services Authority as a Designated Investment Exchange within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
The securities admitted to the official list include diverse legal structures such as protected cell companies and limited partnerships. There are also a wide variety of investment vehicles including Eurobonds, hedge funds, property funds, structured debt, warrants and special purpose vehicles, to name a few.
The CISX offers a personalised approach and fast track processing of listing applications within a highly regulated and innovative marketplace. Listings on the CISX have grown rapidly since 1998 with over 2000 securities having been listed since launch, for a total market capitalisation of US$17bn.
