Our Guernsey specialist Banking and Finance team provides expert legal advice on a full range of Banking and Finance matters. We advise on all Guernsey legal aspects in this area, including in relation to corporate finance transactions, securitisations and other financing matters including syndicated and bi-lateral loan facilities, banking regulation, security and the establishment and operation of banking institutions in Guernsey.

The team is supported by our global Litigation and Restructuring and Insolvency teams. The team is also ISDA’s counsel in Guernsey.
