Corporate - Guernsey Legal 

Our Guernsey Corporate & Commercial Team has extensive experience advising on the establishment of various forms of vehicle for domestic and cross-border transactions, whether corporate, trust or partnership structures. Our team also advises on private placements, IPOs and other public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, joint ventures, amalgamations, migrations, takeovers and regulatory matters.

Ogier Guernsey has advised on a number of substantial M&A transactions in the island, such as the merger of Fulcrum Group and Butterfield Fund Services, the merger of the KKR businesses, the acquisitions of the Condor Group, RBS International Securities Services, Thames Water, International Energy Group and Quilter Holdings, as well as acting for the sellers of Portman Building Society, Newtel’s telecommunications business, Shell’s fuel supply operations in Guernsey and CI Traders businesses in the Channel Islands.
